La Germania considera la possibilità di mandare il Difensore delle Balene verso una condanna a morte in Costa Rica - Oggi a Francoforte, in Germania, il Procuratore Generale ha richiesto alla Corte d’Appello Regionale un mandato d’arresto preliminare di estradizione contro il Capitano Paul Watson, sulla base del mandato d’arresto locale e della richiesta di estradizione del Costa Rica.  Fatto decisamente inusuale, il Procuratore ha dichiarato che il Ministro tedesco della Giustizia e il Ministro degli Esteri tedesco hanno il potere di fermare la procedura di estradizione per motivi politici. ...leggi tutto
